Overview

My client is a long-established and successful services business. They currently have a requirement for a Credit Controller to join their small and friendly Credit Control team on a permanent basis due to a period of growth.

 

In this part office, part home-based role, you will be responsible for establishing excellent rapport by both phone and email with customers, managing your own ledger, producing aged-debt reports and opening new accounts. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be joining a very stable and friendly team where opportunities for progression are a given due to the imminent growth of this business.

Skills required

  • Have at least 12 months experience within a Credit Control position
  • Have access to your own transport due to location
  • Be an exceptional communicator, with an ability to form lasting relationships with customers with ease
  • Have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel
