Credit Controller

You will play a key part in managing busy client ledgers, ensuring outstanding debt is collected efficiently, resolving account queries, and contributing to the overall financial success of the business. Working closely with the wider finance team, as well as sales and operations departments, you will take ownership of your accounts, helping to maintain accurate records and deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem solving.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience within a Credit Control role, with a strong understanding of debt collection and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with both customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage a high-volume ledger while effectively prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and experience using finance or ERP systems.
