In this position, you will be responsible for managing outstanding debt and ensuring timely collections. Your day-to-day duties will include contacting customers via phone and email, maintaining accurate financial records, arranging payment plans where required, and reconciling accounts.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both clients and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role, with a strong understanding of debt collection processes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage your own workload
