Credit Controller

An established, global organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is looking to strengthen its Finance function with the appointment of an experienced and proactive Credit Controller. As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining accurate and well-managed customer accounts. Skills and experience required

• Proven experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable role, ideally within a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes, debt collection, and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing customer accounts, prioritising collections, and working towards cash flow targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
