Credit Controller

Our Birmingham city-based client who is well established and extremely reputable is currently looking to offer an exciting opportunity to a Credit Controller to join the team initially on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate for this role will get the chance to work in a fun and supportive environment who will welcome you with open arms. This opportunity will require strong interpersonal skills allowing you liaise with a variety of different stakeholders as well as to collect debt as effectively as possible. In this role you will take on duties such as chasing debt via phone and email, liaising with customers and clients and reconciling statements.

Skills required:

• Previous experience in credit control and although it is not essential it would be desirable if you have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an individual with good time management skills allowing you to hit KPI’s in a timely manner and hit the ground running.
• Be immediately available allowing you start as soon as possible.
• Be an intermediate user of Excel capable of manipulating data.
