Credit Controller

A leading international company is currently looking for a confident, presentable and ambitious Credit Controller to join their team. This Credit Control role will involve chasing arrears on behalf of clients in accordance with established recovery policies. The successful candidate will be highly professional with exceptional communication skills and the confidence to liaise across the company and speak directly with clients regarding outstanding debts. Strong attention to detail is essential when working within regulations and following strict debt recovery procedures. Additional responsibilities including tracking payments, maintaining accurate records, actioning queries promptly, liaising with surveyors and reconciling aged debtors will require excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience in a credit control or rent collection role within a busy office environment, ideally within property but all sector experiences will be considered.
• Be highly numerate, accurate and confident communicating with tenants, clients and colleagues
• Be tenacious, organised and able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Have a presentable, self-motivated and assertive approach, and the ability to work confidently within regulations.
