Credit Controller

The successful Credit Controller will monitor outstanding balances, contacting customers to ensure timely payment and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. Strong organisational skills will be used to carry out day-to-day responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, issuing statements, setting and reviewing credit limits, reconciling accounts, and investigating payment discrepancies. Communication skills will be essential when chasing debts and collaborating across the team.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience in a Credit Control role or similar financial position, with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes.
• Show excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Possess outstanding communication skills to handle and resolve queries and chase debts effectively.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
