Credit Controller

An ever-growing global manufacturing company are looking to expand their team by hiring a new Credit Controller. Based in the east side of Birmingham, the business is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual who can take team to the next level. You will be entrusted with large value payment, where you will help to reconcile statements, resolve clients queries and collect late payments. Skills required

• Previous experience would be beneficial, including knowledge of invoicing and experience managing client expectations.
• Have great communication skills, working with clients over the phone and co-workers in person.
• The ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers ensuring all debt is collected and targets are hit.
• Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit those tight deadlines
