Our Market leading client is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual to be part of their amazing Credit Control team. This role is perfect for a well-established Credit Controller who has worked in a similar role previously. This opportunity will give an individual the chance to join and be part of a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s credit policies and ensuring that customers pay their outstanding debts on time. You will also be managing your daily tasks and undertaking duties such as resolving client queries, raising invoices, and setting up payment plans when needed. Having a problem-solving mindset is key in this role when undertaking the credit control processes as this will allow you to find solutions for invoice disputes. Although you will be working autonomously in this role to meet deadlines you will also need to excel when working in a team to constantly identify areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential as well as having worked on a busy ledger with multiple active accounts and large transaction volumes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure that all debts and queries are handled effectively and allowing you to maintain strong communication lines with all clients and stakeholders within your portfolio.
  • Have a proactive demeanour and sharp attention to detail to excel at identifying discrepancies and resolving queries.
  • Be capable of working autonomously, with a track record of self-managing your day-to-day tasks and meeting KPI’s.
