If you’re an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next position, then look no further. Our client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking to welcome a new member to the team. This company is part of a large organisation group including some of the top names in the industry. With continuous growth over two decades, they are not looking to slow down anytime soon and are expanding the team to accommodate to this growth.

This is a varied role where you will be overseeing the Credit Control processes of the ledger from end to end. This includes raising invoices, chasing overdue and aged debt, writing financial reports, setting up new accounts, resolving discrepancies and issues raised, being a main point of contact for clients regarding account queries, identifying credit risk and setting up payment plans. In this position you will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and working within the credit team as you oversee the smooth running of your own ledger.

What you will need:

  • Prior experience working in a Credit Control position or in a similar position whereby you covered Credit Control processes.
  • Whilst not essential it is ideal if you have prior experience working with SAP.
  • Have a collaborative mindset and take pride in your own ledger including maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to keep debt to a minimum.
  • In this autonomous role it is essential to have excellent organisational skills to self-manage your day-to-day tasks efficiently.
