Our Market-leading client is now looking to expand their Credit Control team and is offering the opportunity for an individual to join and support the team. This opportunity is perfect for an individual with a strong background in Credit Control and is immediately available or has a reduced notice period.
In this role, you will have full ownership of 3 accounts and be trusted to work autonomously. The successful candidate will be responsible for full end-to-end Credit Control for their accounts, you will be expected to chase payments, raise invoices as well as set up and manage payment plans. You will be expected to apply a problem-solving mindset with credit control processes to find solutions for invoice disputes, in this role having strong interpersonal skills is key as this allows you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business.
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience in a Credit Control role whilst also having experience managing and maintaining your own accounts.
- Have the ability to work autonomously, with a proven track record of self-managing your day-to-day tasks as well as meeting KPI’s.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills allowing you to excel at maintaining strong communication lines with all clients and stakeholders within your portfolio.
- Have the ability to work individually but also as part of a team as this will allow you to excel within the role.
