In this role you will be overseeing a team of over 10 people, ensuring that Credit Control processes run smoothly and using the experience you have acquired to date in your career to implement improvements to processes and systems. You will also be responsible for the KPI management of the credit team. Due to the managerial aspect of the role, it is essential that you have prior experience in either a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within the credit control function.
What you will need:
- Strong leadership skills and prior experience managing a team is essential.
- Great interpersonal skills to communicate with external stakeholders and ensure strong lines of communication across the team.
- Due to the company’s sector, it is strongly advantageous if you’ve worked in a similar position in a controlled environment such as in the legal sector.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset to excel at improving processes and systems, as well as identify areas in the team that require more support.
