Credit Control

The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented individual who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a proactive work ethic. This role reports to the Finance Manager and is part of a high-performing team that consistently achieves its goals, combining a strong work ethic with a positive, fun-loving culture. Duties will include but aren’t limited to, chasing overdue debt, preparing both weekly and monthly debtor reports, posting bank receipts and correctly allocating against invoices, processing new accounts, and assisting with month-end ledger closing processes.

What you will need:

• Due to the collaborative nature of the company and the need to build strong relationships with stakeholders, it is essential to have strong interpersonal skills.
• Either experience in Credit Control or an eagerness to develop a career in Credit Control is required.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to resolve queries and raise discrepancies.
• Prior experience using accounting software and Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS).
