Credit Control

Based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, this company working in the services sector is looking for a new Credit Controller to join their dynamic and fast paced Finance Team. In this hybrid working role you will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for the end to end management of your own portfolio of clients and high value ledger. You will cover a vast range of duties including, but not limited to handling query resolutions, maintaining sales ledger, chasing aged debt, running weekly reports, invoicing and assisting with month end. As well as use a proactive nature and excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients.

What you will need:

• Proficient with Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in the professional service sector, such as property or legal is advantageous, but not essential.
• An ambitious nature and results oriented mindset to contribute to the team’s KPIs.
