Commercial Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial reporting, analysis, and decision support within our logistics function – a key part of our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure strong financial control, deliver meaningful insight, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly management reporting for the logistics division, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness.

• Partner with operational teams to track performance, manage costs, and drive efficiency.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.

• Provide analysis and commentary to influence strategic decisions.

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and strengthen controls.

• Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to enhance visibility of operational performance.

About You

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Confident using financial systems and Excel to manipulate and interpret data.

• Ambitious, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
