Mitchell Adam are delighted to be recruiting for a Client Accountant, to join our Property Management client based in the heart of the city. The business has been jumping from strength to strength for years, and now due to exciting future plans, they have an opportunity for an experienced and diligent Accountant in the team. You will be joining a large finance function and spearheading a new client, offering fantastic exposure and experience.


The day to day role requires adaptability, as you work on several new on boarded sites for one given client. Your duty will be to establish and nurture relationships with your clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. You will be a service charge specialist and will compile budgeting and forecasting, analyse variance in short falls and create tenant recharges.

Skills required

  • Have previous experience managing your own portfolio of properties, including the relationships and reporting.
  • Be studying for your ACCA or CIMA, and aim to actively study in the new role.
  • Have a great understanding of service charge budgeting and forecasting.
  • ‘Excel’ at your use of spreadsheets, to be used alongside dedicated property management systems.
