We are now recruiting for a Client Accountant to join the team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of key client accounting responsibilities, including service charge year-end reconciliations and financial reporting. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial information is delivered while supporting the wider client accounting function.

This role also offers the opportunity to support the development and coaching of Assistant Client Accountants, providing guidance and sharing knowledge within the team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their property accounting experience while taking on greater responsibility within a well-established organisation.

Skills Needed

  • Strong understanding of service charges, rent accounting and client money handling within a property accounting environment.
  • Previous experience working with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience supporting or preparing audit requirements, with a good understanding of financial controls and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver accurate financial reporting.
