Bookkeeper

Overview

Our established client is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their welcoming and friendly team. The role is fast-pace and does require a confident candidate with experience in a similar role. Team-fit is extremely important to the business and so a positive outlook and motivated attitude are essential; they are also hoping for someone that would like to stay with them for years to come!

The team are hoping for a candidate that is able to get cracking within the role with minimal supervision. To do this, the Bookkeeper should have ample experience with end-end payroll and both accounts payable and accounts receivable. This would be a fabulous opportunity for an individual with plenty of all round experience to become an indispensable member of an established team!

Skills required:

• Be a confident communicator and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritise workloads in a comfortable manner whilst also showing a high level of motivation
• Have previous experience working in a similar role and demonstrate professional integrity and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate strong knowledge with processing and reconciling payroll transaction for 4-weekly & monthly paid employees as well as the calculation and submission of monthly PAYE/NI contributions
