We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team, taking responsibility for key month-end processes while also supporting the development and coordination of junior team members. The role offers a strong mix of hands-on accounting and informal leadership, ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial control across the function.

You will work closely with an experienced Finance Manager who will provide ongoing guidance and support, while also giving you exposure to a wide range of finance activities and cross-departmental interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience in a stable environment while continuing to develop both technically and professionally.

Skills Needed

  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Experience supporting month-end processes, including management accounts preparation, reconciliations and core reporting tasks
  • Exposure to internal and external audit processes, working closely with stakeholders to support the preparation and delivery of audit requirements.
  • Exposure to KPI reporting and performance analysis, helping to provide insight into financial and operational performance across the organisation.
