Mitchell Adam are pleased to be partnering with a well-established Services business, who are looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to their finance team. This role would suit someone who values structure, consistency, and a supportive working environment, and who is keen to continue developing their accounting skills at a steady, manageable pace.

Working under the Management Accountant, you’ll support the core month-end processes, focusing on accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations, whilst managing transactional processes such as bank and supplier statement reconciliations. This is a role where accuracy, routine, and reliability are valued, and where responsibility will increase gradually as confidence and experience grow.

Skills Needed

  • Experience preparing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Studying towards your AAT, and looking to progress afterwards.
  • Comfortable using Excel and working accurately with financial data.
  • A dependable and organised individual who enjoys working within clear processes.
