Assistant FP&A Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Assistant FP&A Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Warwick. This is a newly created role designed for a driven and analytical finance professional looking to take the next step in their career, supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across the business.

Reporting to the FD, you’ll play a key part in providing commercial insight, financial forecasting, and business partnering support to senior stakeholders.

The key responsibilities in this role will include; supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans, providing financial analysis and commentary as well as developing and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIs.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
• Have experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting
• Hold excellent Excel and data modelling skills; exposure to BI tools is advantageous
• Have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial information
