In this role, the Assistant Credit Controller will be responsible for the daily allocation of large payments businesses, communicating directly with customers to resolve payment queries, and assisting with the distribution and reconciliation of customer statements. You’ll also support the wider finance function with administration, reporting, and credit analysis while building effective relationships across the business.
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience with in Credit Control or are wanting to start an entry level role.
- Be comfortable using Excel and working with financial data.
- Have a strong communication skill to effectively liaise with customers over the telephone and collaborate across the team.
- Possess strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies.
