Overview

If you are an immediately available Assistant Accountant looking to put the right foot forward in an internationally acclaimed business, please read further. We are currently recruiting for a revered Property Management business based around easily accessible transport links in the very centre of Birmingham. You will be joining a supportive medium sized team with incredible training and support in an environment that will support rapid progression.

 

You will gain incredible exposure as you become involved with the niche aspect of property, supporting a client accountant with their diverse portfolio. You will be heavily involved in preparing bespoke reports for clients, showing a host of information such as P&Ls and tenant charges, alongside boutique Management Accounting.

Skills required

  • Be currently studying for a professional accounting qualification.
  • Have experience preparing Management Accounts, and reports.
  • Be a confident communicator, as you will be required to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally have experience in a property environment, and using TRAMPS. (Although preferred this is not required).

  • Receive study support for your ACCA/CIMA/ACA after probation.
  • Work from home twice a week following probation.
