Assistant Accountant

We are now recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team. This Assistant Accountant role offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established and structured finance function, where you will gain exposure across a broad range of accounting and reporting activities while supporting the wider finance team. Working within a commercially focused environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical accounting knowledge while gaining valuable insight into the financial operations of a large and successful organisation.

Skills needed:

• Someone who is working towards an ACCA / CIMA qualification
• Prior experience assisting with management accounts (accruals, pre-payments, balance sheet, P&L)
• Experience in financial reporting and month-end/ year-end preparation
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to gain insight across the wider finance function
