I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager position at an internationally recognised company based on in the outskirts of Walsall. Due to high growth and internal restructure within a company, my client requires an experienced AP Manager to control a large team of AP Clerks working within a fast paced private equity backed business.

Ideally you will;

  • Be an experienced manager managing teams of 4-12 within a team and dealing with over 10,000 plus a month
  • Have experience of dealing with a variety of situations within an ever changing environment
  • Be able to drive your team in a way that is specific to each individual’s requirements, working with them on a one to one basis encouraging personal development
  • Be able to provide vital information to non finance and board, and implement structure within team management
