I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager position at an internationally recognised company based on in the outskirts of Birmingham City. Due to high growth and internal restructure within a company, my client requires an experienced AP Manager to control a large team of AP Clerks working within a fast paced PE backed construction business.

Ideally you will;

  • Be interested in process and system improvements and be able to provide examples of how you have streamlined and drove performance within the AP department.
  • Have at least 5 years of prior experience where you have been in a situation of looking after a large team in an accounts payable environment.
  • Be able to drive your team in a way that is specific to each individual’s requirements, working with them on a one to one basis encouraging personal development.
  • Be able to provide vital information to the Finance Directors in a timely manner, on a monthly basis.
