Overview

My client is an established business based in Solihull and they have a need for an Accounts Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis. Joining a very stable and friendly team, you will be responsible for building relationships with different branches across the country, updating spreadsheets and dealing with queries.

There is a strong opportunity for progression within this role for a career within Credit Control including study support for your Credit Control qualifications should you choose to study.

Skills required

  • Since a lot of this role is telephone based, you will have exceptional communication skills and be a natural ‘people person’, with the confidence to pick up the phone and have a chat with customers- Customer Service experience would be advantageous
  • A competence in being able to use MS Excel with ease
  • The ability to travel to the Solihull offices on a daily basis- this role is based in the office full time
  • Strong problem solving skills and a great attention to detail
