Our client, in the sector of Mortgage Brokerage, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their cosy team! The successful candidate will ideally have some experience working in the Mortgage Brokerage sector and have a sound understanding of the process, start to finish. The company are looking for an organised and committed individual to soak up all the exposure given and support them in their journey of growth!


The role itself involves process management, confident contact with solicitors and clients and gathering and assessing client’s paperwork/applications. The selected applicant should be comfortable managing their own workload and following their initiative to hit the ground running with this role! This small team is close knit and supportive and overall are looking for a proactive and positive individual to support their processes.

Skills required

  • Have some experience and understanding of the Mortgage Brokerage process
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task
  • Be a confident communicator as the role will include working closely with the team, clients and solicitors
  • Have a keen eye for detail!
