The successful candidate will be someone who has previous experience with invoicing, this can be from a range of roles, whether you gained it from an Accounts Payable role, or you are familiar with invoicing from an Administration role. Additionally, the successful person will be someone who is friendly, out-going, confident, detail oriented and hard-working. Although this position will be challenging, it will provide you with a rewarding work place that will allow you with opportunities to grow and progress in your career in the long run.

Skills required

  • Have experience with invoicing from a previous role, this involves processing invoices, entering details into the system, confirming payment details and preparing invoices for payment runs.
  • Have a passion for finance, although prior studies are not required for this role, having started working towards your AAT or relevant qualification would be beneficial – This business also offers study support if you having remaining to do.
  • Be a detail focused person, this role will be processing large amounts of data and invoices and will require a strong eye for detail.
  • Be immediately available, although this is not necessary and we will consider people on a notice, someone who was immediately available or on a short notice would be beneficial.
