Accounts Payable Clerk – Immediately Available

Our client who has been operating and dominating its market for over half a century is now offering a new opportunity for a detail-orientated and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk that will be managing an impressive roster of high-end clients

This business is currently looking to expand their finance team by offering an opportunity that is perfect for someone who is keen to get in a position where they can bring the knowledge that they have acquired to date into their career to hit the ground running.

In this role you will become and integral member of the team and you will be tasked to take on responsibilities such as; completing payment runs, supplier statement reconciliation, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and handling complex queries.

Ideally you will:

• Experienced in the Accounts Payable function or in a similar role is essential.
• High attention to detail as well as organisational skills will be key to be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Outgoing and confident individual, who enjoys liaising with both internal and external Stakeholders.
• Have organisational skills, capable of managing your area of Accounts Payable function.
• Have proficiency using accounting software including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS).
