Our award winning and continuously growing client are currently searching for a new Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on what will initially be on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone with a strong background within purchase ledger allowing someone to join the team and hit the ground running.
In this role, strong interpersonal skills are key allowing you to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders of the company as well as have strong communication links with the team. The successful candidate for this role will take on duties such as processing invoices, completing bank reconciliations as well as reconciling supplier statements.
Skills required:
- Have prior experience within an accounts payable role allowing you to support the team and hit the ground running in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Be an intermediate user of MS Excel capable of manipulating data.
- Have strong organisational skills allowing you successfully maintain your ledger in an efficient way.
- Be immediate available or have a shortened notice period allowing you to start as soon as possible.
