Accounts Payable Clerk

A well-established and highly respected manufacturing business is expanding its Accounts Payable team and is seeking a motivated, proactive, and personable individual to join a dynamic, industry leading organisation.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, supplier statement management, and bank reconciliations. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong supplier relationships across the manufacturing supply chain.

The successful candidate will be driven, detail-focused, and able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of Accounts Payable. Working closely with a broad range of suppliers, you will confidently manage multiple queries, understand supplier requirements, and deliver effective, timely solutions. You will build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships while managing expectations professionally and efficiently. Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally including reconciliations and supplier query management.
• Professional working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Highly organised, with the ability to work efficiently, maintain focus, and consistently meet KPIs and team targets.
