Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently working on an exceptional opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to come and join a market dominating company in Birmingham City Centre. Our client is continuously growing and does not plan to stop any time soon as they carry on dominating the market.

They are now looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with a couple of years of experience to come and join the team and hit the ground running. You will be tasked with taking on responsibilities such as; supplier statement reconciliation, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and handling queries. You will need to have a background of having used your interpersonal skills effectively allowing you to feel confident liaising with senior stakeholders.

Ideally you will be:

• Have previous experience with the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger function or within a similar background.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines allowing you to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Outgoing and confident individual, who enjoys liaising with stakeholders both inside and outside of finance on a regular basis.
• Be proficient when using Excel and other accounting software where you are capable of manipulating data.
