My client is a medium sized business based on Birmingham Business Park and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on initially a temporary basis.
Working in a medium-sized finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will initially be providing support to another Accounts Payable Clerk, helping tackle a back log of invoices, with a view to the role growing as time goes on. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to get a foot in the door of a friendly and sociable business.
Ideally you will:
- Have experience dealing with all aspects of the purchase ledger function including processing invoices, dealing with queries, and performing supplier statement reconciliation
- Have a strong level of MS Excel
- Have excellent people skills
- Be able to work at speed whilst maintaining an excellent level of accuracy
