Accounts Payable Clerk

Within this position you’ll manage the end-to-end purchase ledger process, from matching and processing invoices to preparing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously, while also contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture. Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with accounting software are essential.

What you will need:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role or in a similar position is essential.
• Have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, able to strive in a role where you’re given autonomy to self-manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with experience using functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other external contacts.
