Accounts Payable Clerk

Joining the finance team, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full end-to-end accounts payable process. This varied and hands-on position includes processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, preparing payments, resolving queries, producing financial reports, and assisting with month-end activities. What you will need:

• Prior experience working in an accounts payable position or a similar role is key. Whilst not essential, experience working within the construction or manufacturing sector is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Proficiency with either SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with strong Excel skills is ideal.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
