Now an exciting opportunity has become available for a Accounts Payable clerk to join their fantastic finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role is ideal for a confident individual who is keen to apply the experience they’ve acquired to date in their career in a role where they will feel valued.

Within this role, the successful applicant will be working closely alongside other members of the finance team. If you’re interested in getting some exposure to other aspects of accounts this could be the perfect role for you. This role also offers hybrid working post the probationary period, there is the opportunity for this role to be hybrid. Offering you greater flexibility and work life balance for you to enjoy. Duties within this role are varied, from processing invoices with a range of different currencies and query management, to being responsible for month end reconciliations and raising overrides.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role or in a similar position is essential.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, able to strive in a role where you’re given autonomy to self-manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS) is essential. Whilst not a necessity it’s advantageous if you also have previous experience using Sage.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to excel at working collaboratively in the team and building strong rapport with external stakeholders.
