An exciting opportunity is now available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fantastic company! Operating across more than 30 countries, this global company has a rich history of success and providing an excellent service of which is tailored to their client’s needs. With an exciting year ahead, the company’s finance team are looking to welcome a new member to the team!
Located at their office in Birmingham, this role has a variety of duties included but not limited to, processing invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies, reconciling monthly supplier statements, handling stakeholder queries, and assisting with month end processes as required. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and adopt the team’s collaborative nature to help meet key goals and deadlines.
What you will need:
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar position is essential, due to the company operating globally any experience with invoicing a variety of different currencies is particularly advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a team-oriented approach to seamlessly fit in with the team’s collaborative nature.
- Experience with accountancy software, preferably with either SAP or SAGE.
- Keen attention to detail, able to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
