A leading company is looking for their new Accounts Payable Assistant who is an efficient and reliable individual, ready to support the company’s growth and drive continuous improvements. The successful candidate will have exceptional time management and organisations skills to carry out a range of duties that include but are not limited to, end to end processing for a large volume of companies, manage invoices/expenses and payments, ensure accurate reconciliations and address critical issues or discrepancies. Being an important line of contact will also be a main duty of this role, in order to assist and resolve queries regarding Accounts Receivables, alongside leading and coaching your team.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have strong leadership skills to assist and encourage the team in achieving performance standards.
  • Have relevant work experience with in a similar role carrying out a high volume of processes.
  • Have proficient computer skills, especially Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Have a driven and focused character to stay resilient when working under pressure.
