Accounts Payable

The role will involve managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable function, including processing a high volume of supplier invoices for services, matching purchase orders and delivery notes, maintaining accurate supplier records, and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms. Organisational skills will be essential for managing multiple contracts, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Communication skills will also be key, as you’ll liaise closely with suppliers, site teams, and internal departments to resolve queries, verify completed works, and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Ideally, you will have:

• Have experience in a Purchase ledger role or similar, within a facilities management sector will be ideal but candidates without this experience will still be considered.
• Have great communication skills to handle supplier queries and build strong relationships across the company each day.
• Have a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial information.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and the ability to learn new Accounting Software
