Accounts Assistant

Our client is actively looking to offer a fantastic opportunity to an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their consistently growing team and to be part of the different projects the company has to offer due to an exciting period of growth. This is an amazing opportunity to get involved in because although this role starts off on a temporary basis there is a high prospect of it going permanent at the end of the assignment.

The successful candidate for this role will require exceptional interpersonal skills allowing you to confidently liaise with high profile stakeholders both within the business and externally, this will also enable you to efficiently communicate with your immediate team as well as the wider finance function. In this role you will be tasked with responsibilities such as; processing invoices, reconciling accounts and assisting with payment runs as well supporting the Credit Control function. Overall, this is really nice well-rounded role that will give you exposure to all things accounts.

Skills required:

• A strong background within the finance function, particularly in the Accounts Payable or Credit Control function allowing you to hit the ground running.
• Have exceptional organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple projects and your workload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to confidently liaise and build relationships with high-profile stakeholders of the business.
• Intermediate user of MS Excel capable of manipulating data.
