An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-driven finance professional to join a growing property business. This Accounts Assistant role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in transactional and property accounting who is looking to further develop their expertise within a stable and professional environment.

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management of a diverse property portfolio. The position will involve overseeing day-to-day client accounting activities, responsible for supporting month-end processes, and managing accounts payable and receivable functions. You will also liaise regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear financial information and ensuring high standards of financial control are maintained.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience within an accounts/finance roles, specifically within the property sector.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • The ability to be a self-motivator, to get work done autonomously without the need for management.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
