Accounts Assistant

The role primarily focuses on accounts payable duties while also providing broader administrative support across the finance team. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, carrying out invoice checks and reconciliations, dealing with supplier queries, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end procedures, supporting payment runs, and undertaking general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management and responding to internal enquiries. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, using strong communication skills to resolve queries and support the wider team.
