Accounts Assistant

The role primarily focuses on accounts payable duties alongside providing wider administrative support across the team. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, performing invoice checks and reconciliations, handling supplier queries, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end tasks, supporting payment runs, and providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, document management and responding to internal enquiries. Strong communication skills will be used to resolve queries with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the business.
