Accounts Assistant

Our client is currently looking to add to their team due to an exciting period of growth. The business is looking for an all-round Accounts Assistant to take on duties including payroll, purchase and sales ledger. Working in a small and friendly team, where you will be really well supported and offered one to one on the job training. The successful candidate will be working competently on all areas of transactional finance up to trial balance. This will include duties such as invoice processing, handling queries, reconciling accounts, doing payroll for the employees as well as other payroll duties.

Skills required

• Strong experience within payroll, sales ledger, and purchase ledger allowing you to join the team and hit the ground running.
• Intermediate user of MS Excel where you are capable of manipulating data.
• Although it is not essential it would be advantageous if you have experience using Xero or something similar.
• Be immediately available to start as soon as possible.
