Accounts Assistant

Our well-established and reputable client is actively looking to expand their finance team as they hit an exciting period of growth. The company is looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their finance team to come in and hit the ground running whilst they support the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to secure yourself a new role during the Christmas period.

The successful candidate for this role will possess outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with high-profile stakeholders within the business as well as effectively collaborate with the team. You will take on tasks within the different departments from Credit Control to invoice processing.

Skills Required

• Have a strong background within accounts ideally on the credit control and accounts payable side allowing you to come in and hit the ground running.
• Have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to liaise with customers via phone and email when doing the credit control side of things.
• Be able to work autonomously with a close eye for detail, this allows you to make sure all information is checked and is correct.
• Be proficient when using Excel and other accounting software where you are capable of manipulating data.
