My client is a global retail business, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a long term temporary basis.

Working in a medium sized finance team, you will be responsible for performing bank reconciliation, updating cash and bank spreadsheets, and processing payments. This is a laid back, friendly finance function, where full training will be provided alongside ongoing support.

Skills required:

  • Experience of cash management within an accounts team
  • Be a car driver due to location
  • Have an excellent command of MS Excel
  • Have excellent people skills, with the ability to build fantastic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

In return you will:

  • Work mainly from home, with 1-2 days a week in the office
  • Have access to free on site parking when in the office
  • Work within a friendly and sociable team, with regular social events
  • Work a 35 hour working week
