Our client is currently searching for a new Accounts Assistant to join their ever-growing team. Working within a brilliant team, you will work closely within the finance team to provide support for the business.
The successful candidate will take on duties such as; raising invoices, updating account details and allocating payments to the correct accounts. you will be responsible for managing all financial files, as well as liaising with internal team members. This role requires you to be immediately available or have a reduced notice period due to it being an immediate start.
Ideally, you will:
- Have prior experience within the accounts function, allowing you to join the team and hit the ground running.
- Be able to work autonomously with a close eye for detail, this allows you to make sure all information is checked and is correct.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, in order to build and maintain long lasting relationships with all different stakeholders of the business.
- Be proficient when using Excel and other accounting software where you are capable of manipulating data.
