Newest Role Alert. A fantastic manufacturing company are searching for a new Accounts Assistant to join their ever-growing team. Working within a brilliant team, you will work closely within the finance team to provide support for the business.

You will process invoices, raising invoices, update account details and allocating payments to the correct accounts. You will be responsible for managing all financial files, as well as liaising with internal team members. You will report into the Finance Manager, building a strong relationship with them and assisting with running reports.

Skills required

  • An understanding of basic finance, including invoices, reconciliations and managing accounts.
  • Have a great level of communication, in order to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and managing internal finance files.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct, as well as in a team environment.
