Our well-established client is now offering the opportunity to join their finance team as an Accounts Assistant. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to come and support the finance team by performing a range of Administrative and Bookkeeping tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available who is eager to start straight away to join a business with exciting projects and future growth

This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in accounting and has a desire to use their skills in a professional environment to be able to communicate and support senior stakeholders of the business. Our client is looking for someone to take on responsibilities like maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring that financial operations run smoothly.

Ideally you will:

  • Have previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar with exposure to Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.
  • Be an intermediate user of Excel being capable of manipulating data on Excel.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with senior members of staff.
  • Be able to work autonomously with a track record of meeting deadlines.
